Pros

The staff are very nice on some units. The scheduling is good. You can basically set your own schedule. Pay is good. Highest paying job I found for beginning LPNs with a potential to earn much more of your work weekends.

Cons

Not much available for night nurses as the cafeteria and cafe with have all are closed. It cost a fortune to order from anywhere within delivery distance. No smoking site but can’t leave site for your break. All events happen during the weekdays so if you work work end nights you miss out.
