      Pros

      You only work 3 12 hour shifts a week but you can work more and get incentive pay and weekend pay.

      Cons

      Lots of drama like any job You’ll be on your feet majority of the 12 hours You may or may not get a lunch break and depending on what time you go, you’ll have to rush to get back to your patients
