All organizations have their challenges. Any cons that I had found with BRG were base and do not present as valuable.

Some Great nurses, nice facility.

Cons

Upper management not so great. There needs to be better team work between each level of employees. It’s a team not a contest of power or who is who. Patient’ welfare is above all feelings or attitudes.
