      Awesome coworkers and some doctors.

      Having to drive out of the way to cover another unit on the other side of town. Mediocre unit management.

      Great direct management . Peer employees are very personable and great to work with. Benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Directors are out of touch and not looking out for the employees as a whole. No work-life balance in the department I worked in. New system is not easy to use.
