      Pros

      The benefits are great! A few good and fair managers. Met some good people. Beautiful office and free drinks and snacks.

      Cons

      Some managers play favoritism and can not be trusted. Some mangers gossip with their peers about other employees. You have to suck up to get promoted. Some employees are eyes for managers and report everything. Some people can not be trusted. Too many acquisitions. No structure.

      Cons

      This is a company that attempted to go from being a family-run business to a large corporation rather quickly. Created a lot of confusion of culture and goals of growth and maturity without the tools or people.
