      provided daily breakfast (pre-covid), flexible work schedule

      Cons

      Senior management can't keep to their word and only tell you what you want to hear at the time. There is no accountability. Gossip comes from all level. The hard workers receive no recognition and those who barely get by are praised and promoted. If you are an intelligent, strong willed woman - steer clear of Batory Foods - you will be overworked, undermined with limited growth opportunities.

      Pros

      Great pay...breakfast brought in daily. Profit sharing. Yearly bonuses.

      Cons

      No accountability...people who don't do their jobs, are on personal calls or come in late daily are not held accountable...very discouraging, especially when they are praised on their work. The owners are AMAZING and truly care about their employees. Health benefits are very high!
