Well respected in the food distribution industry, as a distributor for high quality ingredients. Focused on continued growth in the industry. Excellent pay and benefits. High value on customer satisfaction.

Cons

Managers seem to lack formal training in dealing directly with employee issues. There is no formal HR department. Also, no central leadership, which leads to difficulty resolving issues between departments. Departments do not have formal training or standards of operation. Actively discourages employee growth into other roles.
