Pros

They offer breakfast Snacks where most companies just expect you to eat before you leave for work.

Cons

The elementary-like office cliques run the show and mid-management keeps it going. The owners are "Visible" , odd, and instigate the drama as well. You will fit in perfectly if you love to gossip because everyone does it, if not back in the box you go.

DIVERISTY - LGBTQ REVIEW

Pros

This is a diversity rating so there would be no pro's we rating Batory Foods.

Cons

Batory was, is and always has been a very anti LGBTQ plus company. From the owners all the way down to several of the warehouse workers. Being LGBTQ is frowned upon and employees are encouraged not to make it know especially to the corporate office. They have had openly gay people work there before but they never lasted long and they always felt very uneasy. There is no openly gay person working there now that's in upper management. It's always been the good ol boys club and every once in a while they will throw in a token female for some executive position. I know of a mid level manager who was encouraged to hide their sexuality for upper management or to more or less "keep it on the down low" Gossiping and back stabbing and actively trying to get people to lose their jobs is very much the culture of some mangers there especially if they don't agree with someone's lifestyle or how they feel the person "represents" the company.
