Great pay...breakfast brought in daily. Profit sharing. Yearly bonuses.

Cons

No accountability...people who don't do their jobs, are on personal calls or come in late daily are not held accountable...very discouraging, especially when they are praised on their work. The owners are AMAZING and truly care about their employees. Health benefits are very high!

It is a job and they pay.

Cons

They removed the CEO and replaced them with the owner's son as soon as the owner passed on. They drive away competent employees by removing departments like Inventory Control without a plan to absorb work or any form of continuity.
