      Pros

      Batory continues to grow each year I have been with the company and continues to invest back in its company and it’s employees. They listen to their employees and are committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of the company.

      Honestly a good company to work for and it’s growth over the years proves its success.

      Pros

      Good company with good work life balance and can be flexible with time off or work from home, some what.

      Cons

      Nepotism at it's finest, be very wary of who you tell things too. Like a lot of companies, anything you say to anyone is not in any kind of confidence. Folks in the corporate office are like a bunch of high schoolers, gossiping all the time and probably working only about 30% of the time.
