Cons

PTO and parental leave benefits could be a bit better. Primarily a government contractor, which means the business is contingent on federal funding and there is a fair amount of bureaucracy. Strict time reporting requirements down to 0.1 hour increments.

Cons

In the government contracting space (for computer engineers specifically), not as many remote opportunities due to the nature of the work.
