Battelle has no unifying business strategy Battelle gives no $0.00 contribution toward 401K They just RIF’ed 10% of the workforce this is after 15% RIF over last 4 years Executive Leadership does not exist; “Executives” getting executive salary do Per Diem reimbursement based on actual expenses up to per diem levels - every coffee, soda, meal, gum, must be itemized in a antiquated frustrating travel expense system (executives don’t use the travel system - their Secretaries/admins do it for them) There is no standard way to do work - no file naming conventions, no file locations, no report format: so when someone leaves - and they are escorted out the building right then - staff cannot pick up the pieces: clients suffer big time.
