Management is erratic, shortsighted, and petty, and this is destroying the company. Battelle reorganised three times in 18 months. Upper management either intentionally or incompetently pits groups against each other, nullifying the diversity of expertise which should be a strength. Charge out rates are ridiculous when compared to actual employee compensation leading to a lack of competitiveness.
In the best of times it was difficult to navigate to interesting projects and advance. Now it is virtually impossible while adhering to our published core values. In short the company is fading. It will die out slow then fast.
