Pros
Battelle has an awesome benefits package, comparable to even our DOD counterparts. The staff therea are also best in their field, which allows for excellent exchange of information and open lines of communication from Senior Leadership down to the Clerks. Battelle has created a phenomenal work environment (tele commuting mixed with on-site work) that makes it tough to consider going anywhere else.
Cons
The headquarters is in Columbus, OH. This makes it difficult to take advantage of ALL of the benefits that the company has to offer.
