Pay is well below industry averages. PTO is a joke. Managers rate you on likability, not on job performance. Working with franchise owners is like working with the worst bridezilla everyday. They are pompous, rude, unprofessional, self entitled, and oftentimes are the ones driving a wedge between corporate and the franchise community. Some of the senior management are franchise owners or have family that are franchise owners. This has led to insane amounts of nepotism and clearly interferes with sound decision making. Some departments only hire based on looks (If you're tall, blonde, and attractive, you should apply for product management.) A lot of people in other departments were only hired because they are friends. Management doesn't listen to work issues but instead focuses more on policies. Complete lack of any type of professional development. If you have to work interdepartmentally, good luck. Everyone tries to pass off work to the next guy.

President of franchise has a bad business motto. Get rid of the best employees to prove a point. If they give you a choice to relocate and you answer wrong the president of the franchise will show up and fire you. Long hours and bad pay. Do not care about their people.
