      Nothing I know of currently.

      This job was misrepresented as an electronic repair tech with training provided. It was all retail sales and hit the ground running was the expectation. It was difficult to find a coworker to provide guidance when trying to assist a customer. Was never told that I would be expected to get under the hood of a customer's car and install the car battery they just bought. Customer service is wonderful but that is a stretch from electronics repair. They let me go after three weeks. Now I'm in the process of trying to get my W-2 in March. Have made multiple requests to corporate office.

      Pros

      If you enjoy taking advantage of people, selling sub-par products and batteries at a premium price all while "up-selling" as much as you can, aka being a smooth talking pushy sales person, then this is the job for you! The only real pro is learning about batteries and light bulbs... if your into that.

      Cons

      You will be exposed to very harmful and toxic battery fumes on a daily basis because you fill and activate new motorcycle/power sport batteries with acid which creates a chemical reaction while venting sulfuric fumes into the air. No 401k, no pension, only basic healthcare benefits. Erratic schedules with long hours. Terrible management that constantly changes direction.
