Flexible hours, pay isn't terrible, line of business isn't bad.

Cons

Poor leadership skills starting with Owners, choice in managers is beyond horrid. Entirely too many tasks placed upon "associates". Lack of respect/appreciation for the very few employees that actually do go above and beyond their job description. Career advancement given to the most under qualifying of individuals.
