People you work with at the store level are great! Excellent learning experience to take with you when you they let you go.

Cons

President of franchise has a bad business motto. Get rid of the best employees to prove a point. If they give you a choice to relocate and you answer wrong the president of the franchise will show up and fire you. Long hours and bad pay. Do not care about their people.
