Senior management always spends money they dont need to spend and they whine about cost, the price are way to high and they make you harrass customers almost pressure them to buy from the store. No matter how mich money you make for the store or how much work you put in they will not promote you if you have a life plan. To many cheifs and not enough indians and the guys running the districts in alabama and tenn. are very incompetent they never listen to the employees on suggestions and act they are god and never wrong even when clearly proven wrong.

There is little room for advancement in this company. You can get promoted to Store Manager but that is as far as you can go. Since they are franchised they are essentially Mom and Pop shops. Positions like General Manager and Area Sales Manager go to their relatives. Very little power and responsibility is given to the Store Manager. You have no control over scheduling, payroll, inventory, etc. You are essentially just another sales associate except you make a little more.
