      Flexible work from home - however, not sure how long that will last Used to have a great culture, not sure of they can get it back

      It is a decent job most days.

      Cons

      Corporate office has no clue what it is like to deal with their ridiculous ideas and lack of understanding of products and the necessity of consistency in an ever changing market. We are losing sales to lack of accountability in category and product management. The National Accounts team has no clue on how to evolve the accounts and should be re-focused upon the need to grow and maintain that clientele. Who is Russ Reynolds?
