Typical HBS grads who had an idea and started a company. Unfortunately they don't know the first thing about running a business. To say there is a lack of management is an understatement. Some of the Directors and VPs are completely incompetent. If you want to learn something & grow look elsewhere. Otherwise join the Holiday sweatshop.

Great colleagues that became good friends, Good experience with people management and political maneuvering, both top down and bottom up.

Cons

Most of senior management seemed that they did not care about the time or health of their employees. Certain departments/teams seem to forget that we're in this together.
