Pros

Because of the startup environment, it's easy to get your voice heard and your ideas carried out. They're constantly looking for new ways to improve, so they're eager to hear fresh ideas, and how they can squash the competition. Everyone's very approachable and all working towards the same goal, which means it's easy to collaborate on projects with other teams and get things done.

Cons

Holidays are a bit crazy, but that's e-commerce!

Pros

Promotions here come to those that are enthusiastic and hard working. Really love that upper management is really open to new ideas, no matter where they come from. The managers are so happy to make time for you, if you need to talk about anything, even if they are super busy.

Cons

Work space is pretty tight, but its not that bad.

Pros

I have been with the BaubleBar for a relatively short amount of time and it has been amazing experience so far. Merit is rewarded and you feel appreciated without a word being said. There's always something new and exciting happening and I actually look forward to going into work everyday. Everyone, especially management and the co-founders, are a pleasure to work with. They all seem to take great care in how things are being done and will reach out to employees to see if their needs are met. It's a very good sign when someone such as the COO makes an effort to know your name. BaubleBar has a bright future and I look forward to seeing how this place will grow and evolve during my tenure there.

Cons

There are the long hours, but that's how it is with start-ups. That also signifies the importance of people's roles within the company.
