Plenty of projects/improvements to work on due to previous poor transition management

Cons

Lack of guidelines and policies to govern processes, anything could happen here, and systems are still manual

Pros

There are a lot of "Pros" that i could say working in this company. But to name a few:- - Good working environment - Good communication between leaders and employees - Great working space - Good work/life balance - Great cultural involvement - A lot of opportunity for self and career improvement working in this company - The best in healthcare benefits and employee's wellbeing

Cons

I do not like negative things in my life or in anything that i do. But nothing is perfect. I have to name a few Cons in working here. But the Cons does not outweigh the Pros. - Using a system that is not user friendly - Management planning needs some improvement - Communication between the leadership team needs to improve
