      Tention free work environment,and can communicate with evryone cause their is small team

      There are no positives about Baxter

      Cons

      The round lake facility is a very toxic place to work they mandate people to work over 60 hours a week and no one follows procedures I have witnessed an employee smoking weed in one of the changing rooms use to put on ppe in the non ceph department
