      Nice working place

      Pros

      Structured working place where you needed to clock-in. A fun workplace that gave me lots of experience within production.

      Cons

      I worked night shifts which didn't suit me or my personal life. Also, 2 months after my appointment, the branch in Lund, Sweden communicated they were shutting down the production in Lund in order to move to Italy.

      Pros

      Benefits are a plus. That’s about it

      Cons

      Management is terrible and unprofessional. Overtime can be thrust upon you at end of shift. If unable to work overtime that’s handed to you 5 mins to shift completion pto is then used.
