      Pros

      Decent pay, certainly better than most CROs

      Cons

      Top level management turnover rate is ridiculous, caused serious instability all the way down. Would only recommend certain departments to friends.

      A dying development program

      Acceptable pay and benefits. Frequent management interaction.

      Cons

      Entire departments were removed or relocated from the research park in Round Lake, IL. Massive drawdown in workforce during my time there.
