Pros

There is a lot of women in upper management and they all really deserve to hold their positions. I feel like there are a lot of good mentors here and upper management really cares about everyone's individual success. Great instructors in the gym and good health benefits.

Cons

Facility is located really far from civilization and unhealthy processed food in the cafeteria.

Pros

Great environment, and amazing community culture. I definitely recommend. It would be a great decision to work here. Really nice benefits and such.

Cons

The company has a tendency at times to engage in a manner that results in such a state in which the matter of affairs as they continue to develop due is in a way that is extra conservative and takes a long time to get anything done.

Pros

Awesome benefits plan, education reimbursement (100% pre-grad and 80% post-grad), ability to cross train in other departments, summer hours (work monday thru friday at nine hours a day, half day on friday)

Cons

Excellent talent base makes it difficult to aquire a promotion (most employees have a masters degree or greater). Can't complain
