Cons
Pay raises were minimal. QA staff were worked to the bone. When our facility’s ops were moved offshore, the mgmt team made our transitions as easy as possible, which showcased for me what good bosses should look like. It didn’t change the fact that Baxter took a factory with 25+ years of production off shore
