Laid-back. Not stressful. Get a laptop and big work space.

Cons

Co-workers unfriendly. Environment is not fun. Compensation is terrible. Supervisor is micro manager.

Pros

Pay starts around 40k, majority of representatives move up quickly. Rewarding work, customer-facing speaking with nurses and dialysis patients and providing products that help sustain lives. Split between two divisions: Renal (dialysis home patient side) and Medical products (hospital side)

Cons

Like most office environments there can be quite a bit of nepotism. A lot of push to remain on phones and "adherence metrics." Supervisors/Managers sending out alerts to "take a call" can be quite annoying at times considering all agents are already on the phone with customers. The dept has been doing better with their new director and morale has been increased

Pros

Benefits, Business decisions were done globally, ensuring respect of all business units

Cons

Management was too micro-management style, didn't trust employees, made it difficult to add value and own ideas
