Lack of market competitive benefits, lack of local context, too frequent changes and restructuring. No other gaps observed as of now.

Self serving and lying management Not allowed to take annual leave Management ignores complaints of procedural non compliance Performance reviews are negative for EVERY staff member, so much so that Toongabbie and Brisbane staff have started refusing to participate in them.
