      Pros

      Good Salary, Good development, Great team of people,. The work on inclusion and Diversity in Baxter is inspiring. Very Flexible around work life balance and provided great care and support during Covid.

      Cons

      The Network is quite spread out across the country putting some limitations on development if you cant relocate
