      Pros

      I have never had a hiring process where I felt so encouraged from beginning to end. The HR acquisition partner who guided me was Lisa Rogerson and made and me feel at ease before the interview by giving me a clear understanding of the role, the team and what they were looking. She drew the best out in me before the interview. This continued right up until the day I started where she sent me a good luck text message on my first morning. I have never gone through a hiring process like it.
