Poor upper management

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Ability to work remotely and a good work/life balance.

Cons

Upper management is disconnected from the rank and file. Senior management makes decisions based on stock price and not actual needs. No job security, stock drop and the answer is layoffs. Pay inequity. The only way to get an increase is to leave the company. They constantly pay new hires more than those that have been there for an extended time. Lots of pep talk but no action, mostly corporate buzzwords.

Looking to Leave

Pros

Select few dedicated colleagues, benefits, summer hours, generous PTO

Cons

Senior leaders who are disconnected from their broader teams, political environment, lack of accountability, no opportunity to move up, terrible business outlook means people are scared and unmotivated. Some people are overworked while others have nothing to do. Leaders seriously don't care about anything other than their own reputations. I had so much motivation and excitement when I started. Not anymore.
