Good health and dental insurance You might find two or three co-workers that are decent

Cons

No career development No opportunities for growth Difficult to move outside of department Manager delegate supervisory responsibility to individuals who haven’t been trained Have to watch what you say to manager because she will repeat verbatim what you tell her Supervisors talking down to employees, yelling at them, lying on employees Co-workers bullying other co-workers So many Petty, untrustworthy co-workers Super Cliques in the department Poor training Micromanagement - group being told that you have to leave a note outside your cube if you’re gone for 15+ minutes
