They communicated fairly regularly With me.

Cons

They rescinded their offer the day I went to accept and said it was due to a reorg, which all felt very made up since I mentioned I had a competing offer.

Pros

Not many.. some great people (not in management) “Accountability” is NOT taken seriously. Discipline is given based on employee’s personal situation and not based on policy.

Cons

Too many to list… here are a few. Non-union employees are treated with no respect. Plant Management Team is all about optics, not real improvement (like lipstick on a pig). Safety is THE buzzword, but only when convenient. Union workforce truly does not care about improving, only about taking from the company. DIB (Diversity Inclusion Belonging) is most important—especially if you fall into one of “those” categories.

Good benefits, pay above a living wage, set schedule, and PTO make this a tough option to pass.

Cons

Stringent uniform code, no other options nearby besides on site cafeteria to grab food on break.
