Pros

Monetary compensation was decent. Some good people worked there.

Cons

Manager at the time was being pushed out, and shared with me that he had written my annual review and was made to re-write it by those above him. This was done to push me out as well. I believe I was unjustifiably terminated.

I feel trusted by leadership to make my ideas happen and to truly make an impact. Every day is different, which I love! I work with intelligent, creative and caring people who make #LifeAtBaxter fun. Every day brings an opportunity to learn something new, whether it is working with diverse personalities and people all over the world, to honing a technical skill. This is an exciting, ever-changing place to work.

Cons

The workload is quite high, and work-life balance isn't always great. Fortunately, I have an understanding and empathetic manager, so when I am behind, they understand and don't give me a hard time about it. They trust I will get it done.

Good pay and benefits, but they want your quality of life.

Good pay, great benefits. Can work all the overtime you can stand.

Cons

Want you to work all the time. some times 7 days a week, for weeks at a time. Run everything by policy when it goes against you, but when you need something it's the opposite. A theme of nepotism runs through the entire Marion Plant.
