culture and outdated equipment makes it painful to stay

decent pay for the area and depending on which department you work it has decent flexibility

Cons

The worst work atmosphere I've ever seen. Upper Management never wants to spent money improving equipment and most quit or get fired with 2-4 yrs also make sure you get the position and pay you want and are happy with during the hiring process because they will not promote or give reasonable raises
