      Pros

      wonderful organization to work on multiple technology platforms. Lot of learning scope and great opportunities.

      Cons

      No too many benefits. Insurance is too expensive for a family. Chances of promotion is very minimal. Reporting manager keeps changing once every 6-8 months.
