A Foundation for Growth

Pros

Sustained cultural transformation being made by Joe (the CEO) and and his extened leadership team combined with a strategic acquisition of Hillrom is setting a strong foundation for continued growth. Flexible work arrangements, talented technical staff, and motivated management make day-to-day work enjoyable. The benefits are solid, too.

Cons

COVID response policies make it difficult to work F2F, but these are mandates coming from outside Baxter.
