      Pros

      There is room for growth (over a long period) and team members can be very supportive.

      Cons

      There are many uneducated people in manufacturing teams that sing songs and spit bacteria into the air contaminating product. They can have a thug-like culture. Uneducated peoples can make as much as educated people that have cGMP experience.
