Pros
Decent amount of vacation days offered; but if you call in sick with less than 24 hour notice, you risk disciplinary action.
Cons
Departments are running with skeleton crews and it's "great" because of the cost savings. Everything is overdue and done quickly with low/no quality. SLT is more concerned with shutting down rumors about the negative work atmosphere than actually fixing the work atmosphere. No double time for hourly staff; Holidays don't count towards OT; people are forced to work Holiday weekends; Some hourly staff forced to work 12 hour shifts with 12 days on/2 days.
