Health plan Gym Get on board because the firm will likely go through M&A activity very soon

Cons

Used to value science and be a genuine quality driven culture; perhaps less so now. The work environment is one in which, if you are genuinely science and quality based, will not completely satisfy you. The firm regularly hires and fires depending upon programs, it has of late removed layers and infra structure, competency which are likely necessary to successfully operate within. Operating processes are inefficient, senior leadership are more inexperienced and struggling with legacy issues.

Salary + benefits are better than what I see in the industry. There are many opportunities at multiple locations. Strong at strategy

Cons

Strong at strategy, but weak at execution. The company recently split and needs to modernize. However, the stock profile and its investor are too risk averse... as such its management is the same in that nobody wants to take a risk.
