Pros

Great first job. Typical days include morning meetings to brief everyone of what is the expectations/tasks that need to be done today. Perform your tasks/duties and elevate if there's been an issue. Report out at the end of the day to ensure everyone is in the loop.

Cons

Knowing my qualifications step my career in a low level due to inexperienced management. Maintenance team is more than experienced and require to be trained to reduce site vulnerabilities due to lack of equipment maintenance. Good place to work.

Very top-down management. Hesitant to terminate poor management. Work schedule can be very demanding. very rigid in systems and tools .
