Current workforce too lean to properly achieve objectives, senior management does not respect work/life balance (expect managers to be available 24/7 at higher levels in the organization, mid-level will depend on individual hiring manager), high stress levels in organization

Last two years have been a significant transformation in the business and senior level leadership, makes networking a little more difficult due to new leadership throughout the company. Not really a cons but none the less worth noting.
