      Loved my job, eliminated our positions

      Good pay good benefits, decent opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      With no disciplinary, attendance, performance issues, I and my maintenance team were let go this morning because our pay rate position was eliminated. This should be illegal.

      Pros

      Good Benefits for the area, mostly reasonable low-level management, higher hiring standards which result in better coworkers on average.

      Cons

      Upper management is unresponsive, and HR/Pay issues can go on unresolved for months, especially upon promotion. The cancer rate of employees is a big issue that the company refuses to admit responsibility for.
