      Pros

      Good benefits, workplace flexibility (handled very well through the pandemic), generous PTO. Large push for innovation and new product development. Great employees who really care about the work they do.

      Cons

      Communication across business groups isn't consistent, it can leave you to feel in the dark on what's going on with the company. Especially in uncertain times of a pandemic, it led to rumors spreading rapidly. Opportunities for promotion aren't always given, frequently instead workloads and responsibilities rise with no raise/promotion In sight. This has led to burnout and employee turnover.
