Pros

The company really makes you feel valued as an employee. The work environment is progressive and enjoyable, and the benefits are competitive.

Cons

Work life balance can tend to slip during busy season. With any corporation, things can be slow to manifest or progress due to procedure and company politics. Overall though, I would highly recommend it.

Pros

Some of the best people I ever worked with...talented, motivated, hard working. Lots of young spirits and fresh perspectives.

Cons

Thinking outside the box will not get you ahead in this company. Since its an esop company it is very cult-like. No raises are given, and they will convince you that you are an employee owner but you will have zero say in the company decisions. Fair? Definitely not.
