A "Best Place" to Work!

Pros

A team oriented environment with lots of fun activities, great co-workers, management, and owners! I learned a lot and meet a lot of amazing people!

Office and Field staff are not equal

Company bbq's every month Good benefits

Cons

They like to say they're the best place to work, but that's only true if you work in the office. Managers don't communicate well with eachother so field staff has to beg for work from managers because their own manager doesn't fill their schedule. Managers also have favorite employees they use for jobs so even though they encourage employees to learn new jobs, the managers don't like using employees that aren't their favorites.
