thoughtful leadership, team environment, always willing to discuss issues

sometimes long hours, but is far and few. standard 40 hr work week 90% of the time

You get screwed being a technician

Great field staff people and some office staff.

Cons

You get stuck doing all of the work and no reward. No support offered to help you out. Can't keep good field staff there. Overload T&D guys with work. Overload some office staff with work and the project managers wait until the last minute to let you know about a project that needs to be done asap. If the project managers get called out then you are the one that gets let go.
