Long hours, high stress, but good benefits

Pros

The benefits, medical, dental and 401k was the best part of working for this company. Ability to work in casual atmosphere.

Cons

If you can handle stress and working lots of overtime with little praise or acknowledgement for the effort or job well done....this is the place for you.

Pros

This is one of the best work environments I have encountered so far. Almost all of the employees are invested in the success of the company, and the culture feels strong. It is very rewarding to be surrounded by smart and kind coworkers.

Cons

Remote structure can lead to some isolating projects, but the company does a great job of countering this with an in-person training day. Not employee-owned, and could front more healthcare premium costs.
